"Software" refers to all internal tools, applications, and systems developed by or licensed to Blueprint Accounting.
"User" refers to any employee, contractor, or authorized personnel granted access to the Software.
Blueprint Accounting grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for internal business purposes. This license is valid only during the period of employment or authorized association with Blueprint Accounting.
Users acknowledge that the Software and all related materials constitute confidential information. Users agree to maintain strict confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
Users must comply with all company security policies and procedures when using the Software. Any security incidents or vulnerabilities must be reported immediately to the IT department.
This license automatically terminates upon cessation of employment or authorized association with Blueprint Accounting. Users must immediately cease all use of the Software and return or destroy any related materials.
Blueprint Accounting reserves the right to monitor Software usage for compliance with this agreement and company policies.
Blueprint Accounting may modify this agreement or the Software at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes and continued use constitutes acceptance.
