Welcome to Karboard! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Karboard Chrome Extension (the “Extension”), developed and operated by Karboard (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Extension

You may use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Extension in any way that interferes with or disrupts its functionality, other users, or any connected services.

2. Accounts and Access

• You must create an account using your email address via our secure Firebase authentication system.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Karboard offers both free and paid plans. Paid features are accessible through an active subscription.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features with advance notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and code within the Extension is the property of Karboard. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Extension without prior written consent.
